resubmit my application

Hello! Im Florencia I  created my account on PPH a few days ago, but received an email again and again to resubmit my application and provide my original location. I did the same (I was thinking that this was the only reason that my application is not accepted) but after re-submitting application several times, I received an email from PPH that my application can not be accepted.

Can I get another chance to improve my profile and submit it again? Because I been trying to do it but the page doesn't let me, I didn't had enough info at the time to apply and I think I can do it better this time.

  I ALSO HAVE A PROBLEM WITH WITH THE REJECTION OF MY APPLICATION ND WANT TO RESUBMITT IT CAN YOU HELP ME?
