VAT invoice for fund transfer into PPH

Hello,

Where can i get the vat invoice for money transferred into PPH?

I know how to get the invoices from freelancers but on my accounting side i only see the money transferred into PPH.

  Where can i get a vat invoice or a break down of all charges for job #1574372 for proposal 9902674 5/6/2017?

  I have downloaded an invoice for £75.00 from software developer and can see a PPH charge but need to account for all of the £105.60 deducted from my credit card so I enter a full breakdown of all of the charges in Sage for my accountants.

  This is a common problem. PPH really need to sort a better accounting system out. 

  Ive just been told by my accountant that I should stop using PPH because its making his job a nightmare! supplier invoices are no problem, but they never match the amount paid to PPH. PPH fee invoices arent easy to find and still almost NEVER match the amount paid when you add them to the supplier invoice.

  PPH needs to be much more transparent
