hourlie will not pass moderation

I have attempted to post an hourlie 6 times for some minor Google Analytics work. 

 

Each time it has failed to pass moderation,  and I have altered the hourlie so many times and even changes the entire hourlie. Please could someone tell me what i am doing wrong as the 'oops' emails really aren't helping me....
