Messages with attached files not generating email notifications
In the past few days, I have noticed that some of my Workstream messages were not generating email notifications. When checking through them I noticed that it seemed to be those messages with file attachments that were not generating emails.
I then did an experiment and when my current piece of software work was ready to be sent to my client, I sent two workstream messages - the first with the results of work I'd been doing and the second a follow up message with no attachments. Only the second message (without the attachment) was received.
Is anyone else suffering this problem? I've raised a support call, but though it best to publish the issue so others may be warned that there mail notifications may be incomplete
