I'm trying to have a dialogue with the messaging system and not all messages show up. I'll be sent a notification that I have a message via e-mail, and when I sign into PPH, the message is no where to be found. So I'll just communicate off PPH since your service has bugs in the system.

  That is not professional to ask my clients to repeat the message as I heard the sound but can't see it :)
