Verification of Payoneer account

Hello everyone at PPH

I am facing problem with verification email, The email conformation link is not received in my email. I have tried couple of times and I have also attached a screenshot of my Payoneer statement as per given example however the status of my Payoneer account has not changed. Please respond and help me out on this.
