How about a decent REALTIME PPH Support Channel?
I just cannot believe PPH has absolutely NO realtime Support channel.
Email Support is pathetic - 2 days or more to respond.
I have a serious problem with Auto Pay debiting my account twice in error.
The least PPH could do is set up LiveChat.
PPH must make enough money off Freelancers and Employers to enable this?!
Seriously thinking about dumping PPH.

The live chat window is over that little orange/white cloud , if not available should look like this :

may be browser issue that's why its not appearing .
Don't worry, any mistake in transactions can be easily reversed...

Thanks but I've never seen a Live Chat facility. There's a small white speech balloon icon on orange bg bottom right corner of PPH screen, but that just leads to a Form... always been same for me.
I did open a ticket several days ago - got x1 email response saying PPH would 'escalate' it... still not heard anything else... useless.
Info from my Freelancer says Auto Pay set up error became a payment into his Escrow - I DID NOT instigate this.
PPH now owes ME money.

I've been experiencing the same frustration; I currently have two email queries with open tickets and these have been open for a week now without any reply. I've recently returned to PPH after getting frustrated with the level of service I received in the back end of last year; at least then you were guaranteed a response in a three day timeframe!
I didn't know PPH had an online chat tool!

I've STILL not seen any evidence of a Chat facility!
Really disillusioned with PPH now... crap support, too big fees, technical issues ...
14x duplicate Payment requests from my account to a Freelancer. Screwed up my bank account for a week... NO apologies from PPH either! Utter crap.
Now considering leaving PPH completely.
