Graphic Designer - Application not accepted

Hi there. My application was rejected without stating why or what to do next. When I first clicked sign up it said it only takes a few minutes, so I didn't put everything on and spend time on it like I would have a job application. I have amended my profile now and uploaded some of my portfolio - which the application did say was optional. Where do I go from here? Thanks.
