HOW LONG TO GET REFUND WHEN SELLER DOESN'T DELIVER?
I have bought a service (animated video) from a seller three weeks ago. He was supposed to deliver last week, but he just informed me that he doesn't have time to do it and has offered to refund me.
I am in a very tight spot as I'm already one week passed my deadline, and my whole project is on hold because of this.
I have now posted a job, and would like to hire another seller to do this. However, my refund is pending and if I understand correctly, it should take up to 3 days to get the money back to my balance. Three days is a long time for me to wait to get started on a project that I need finished for yesterday!
Why isn't there automatic refund option for cases when sellers do not deliver at all?
And why isn't there a way to submit a bad review for such a seller? The automatic bad rating doesn't seem to do much. Why would you not just allow, but also feature sellers who obviously abuse the platform with their bad work ethics?
