CAN'T RE-SUBMIT APPLICATION

CAN'T RE-SUBMIT APPLICATION

i got this message when i am submitting my application again and i also attached my portfolio and i am facing this above as mentioned here

My application has been rejected but since I fixed it, I can't re-submit it because nothing happens when I push the button "re-submit application". How to solve this problem? Thanks.
