I can't add my payoneer account

Hi,

I am using skrill to transfer my money on my bank account. After remove my skrill account, I'll open a payoneer account. When I add the account on my PPH payment method, It won't. It shows there have some problem. 

How can i add my payoneer account on my PPh account? Need your help.
