Regarding withdrawl

I requested a withdrawal on 30 Jan 2017 from my PPH account to Payoneer, it did not went through and I was asked to submit a certificate for "Arsom Technologies" which I did on the same day and I was advised to wait for 7 days as it would take 7 days of time for verification. Now it's been more than 7 days and did not receive any update on it yet.

Kindly look into it and reply me with a solution.
