i provided a right documents that matchs my PPH account and yet it's not accepted

There must some mistake i have provided a correct documents payoneer Statement and my passport and all have the same name that matchs my PPH accounts and my payoneer still approuved so please check again i need to withdraw my funds please ?!!!!!!
