I've done work for this guy and I've done everything he wants. I completed it. Soon as i request the £25 I get a message saying this stream is now blocked as the person is no longer a PPH member. The £25 is in the escrow deposit. 

 

How can I retrieve this £25 as this guy obviously had no intention of paying me.

 

Help would be really appreciated.
