Rating is not yet received by the Buyer

Dear Support,

I have completed data entry work some time back and buyer also paid me the amount. But, still the task appears as in progress. What should I do to complete the task and get a rating.

  Send a message to client and kindly ask him to leave feedback.

  If there is no more work, you can archive the Workstream and it won't appear as "Work in progress"
