internal architecture of the software
I have recently returned as a buyer after a year or so and find a marked deterioration in the system. I have to play hide and seek to find out how for example I close the job to new applicants. All the clarity I remember has gone.
I have received two e-mails recently from you one saying “ we kinda miss you” and the other one reminding me that I had a job outstanding. This was an applicant who had I had already declined.
I receive these males AFTER a very active week when I announced the job I had on offer, got seven or eight replies, selected a person, the job was delivered, I paid for it.
It is quite clear that the internal integrity of the system has broken down. Messages appear only if you approach the data from one point of view and are invisible if you prick approach them from another point of view.
I also noticed that messages sent by the Seller take a long time to get through sometimes two hours.
My view is that there are so many inconsistencies that you should scrap the whole lot and start again and then reload the data. It's no good people picking at the chicken and doing little bits of this and that.
Could you please actually beta test your whole system, give it to someone who has not used it before and listen to what they have to say. Otherwise I fear that the whole thing will just be too frustrating to operate.
I'm very sorry to write this but it was such a shock to find how degraded the whole thing is now.
