Buyer post negative feedback after getting all work from me
Hi,
I am new to this platform and i was working very great with 100% rating suddenly a buyer came and i asked several times for some details like colors and as i sent the work i raise the invoice just to make sure that he is active because when i message him he is replying after 1 or 2 days as i raise invoice second time without asking for revisions he post negative feedback now it is spoling my whole profile i am offering him a refund but he is not answering because i also send him all the work now how can i remove this feedback or refund that buyer so i get rid of this bad feedback.
