Cannot see sent proposal: got error

After I sent a proposal (see link below)

I got an error and when I tried to access the "sent proposal", I got the same error.

I cannot cancel proposal.

Sort of proposal: DIRECT from buyer to freelancer.

*** Second time I have to face with this error. ***

  I am getting this error below. But I have added the proposal description and amount and trying to send... I can't seem to fix this error and send. Please advise. 

  • You cannot send a Proposal without specifying the Proposal amount

  Good morning

  I cannot send my proposal, appears a red message "For your protection, we require the Deposit for this Job to be at least xx which is equivalent to 1 hours of work"  

  Could yo please help me, it is the first time I attemp to send a proposal.
