about genuine profile picture

 I have tried a lot of times and changed my photos but still having the same issue, no progress it continuously says provide a genuine profile picture. I really want my application to be accepted by peopleperhour so that i can start working.

  I am having the same problem, plus the error msg is cut in half so I don't know what the problem is

  What do you mean by Genuine Profile Picture ?

  The photo which i have given is genuine and i have given this multiple time.

  Please check and approve this at the earliest.

  If there is any problem in my photo then let me know the exact problem.I am not able to understand "Genuine Profile".
