Workstreams/dashboard/messages NOT working
Hi
Urgent problem! No workstreams, dashboard or messages are working for me!! This is a major problem as I engaged a seller on a very tight deadline!! Will we now have to scrap the project?? I am very annoyed at this and will be asking for a full refund including of the PPH fees.
Also I cannot access another workstream to continue working on another project. Again this is urgent.
I want to know when all these issues will be fixed as this is all holding up vital work for my company.

I am sorry for the inconvenience but this is a known bug. Our developers are now aware of this and are working actively on resolving this. Please rest assured that resolution is on its way.

PPH, this is an absolute joke. Barely a day has gone by in the past three months where there hasn't been a fairly major issue.
Paper over the cracks asafp, but then give fair warning to buyers and sellers that you're going offline for - say - 48 hours, and fix the issues for good.
As soon as you patch one, you create another. It isn't good enough.
Is it any wonder that freelancers are giving out their Skype and email details to clients? It's impossible to complete jobs any other way.
