I just discovered that you've charged a admin fee every months?!

I hope this is simply a mistake from your side and that you will refund this as soon as possible.

I've never read anything about this and I will leave your service if this is the case.

  Same here...I have discovered that PPH is charging me admin fees for months without any reason !!! This is insane. 
  
  You need to provide me a clear answer before I escalate this behavior.
