Unfortunately, our Customer Support team didn't approve the payment
I donot understand why this happened. I got the client through my network, and raised the invoice. The client approved the invoice and even left feedback for it.
I donot understand why I have to show proof of work to PPH team. Isn't the client's approval enough?
The contract is with the client not with PPH. I've bought in a few clients to PPH and I donot understand why this would be an issue.
