Why does my Hourly keep getting declined by PPH?!!

    ...I keep getting the same no-reply, generic email from PPH which doesn't explain why.

    This is really wasting my time and I'm going around in circles - really not good customer services :-(

    I'm still none the wiser - I've been trying for *a week* now. 
    It's their loss as I will take my work elsewhere and spread the news that their customer service is non-existent.
