Buyer Has Ignored What is Outlined in My Hourlie
A buyer has bought my hourlie, 'Transcribe up to 30 Minutes of English'.
But the audio files he has sent me are partially in Arabic. He has sent me a long list of Arabic words I must translate into English when I hear them, but I am not a translation service, and unfortunately I have no experience with the Arabic language.
I don't know what to do, as I know if you refund a client, you lose points on PPH. I have worked so hard to maintain 99% positive feedback. With only one 4 * review on my first ever job!
