If I pay to have my applications featured, is there a minimum spend that matters? I don't mean, required. To be clear, I'm wondering if I bid $5 or $20, is there some quantifiable difference?

In general, PPH states that it increases our potential to earn the sale...but, on which stats are they basing this?

Finally, one reason I hated the other sites is that I was bidding against people that claimed to do what I can do, but for $10 an hour. Is that something that I will find on this site, as well?
