Bad user experience and no direct contact support

Hi 

I would like to sell my freelance services on PPH however I have had awful experience on this site. There is no contact support. I have been navigating this site for over an hour and still not able to set up my account. 

This is surely not a good start.... it does not allow me to go forward without uploading a picture however even if I try I am unable to upload a photo and there is no error message.
