Cannot withdrawn anything after first job

Hi,

 

I uploaded proof in the bank but the guy paid by Escrow I do not use no have Escrow so what do I do now? Is it stuck and thats it the support for this website is terrible, no emails no live chat no nothing.

Feels like I have just worked for free!

Any chance of opening some type of ticket or something?
