Automatically purge all but accepted bidder

When an offer is accepted, it would be great if the system automatically notified all the unsuccessful bidders and changed their status from 'pending' to declined' without the buyer having to do it manually as appears to be necessary at the moment.

Refinements might include (a) asking the buyer to confirm that action, and (b) having a 'not accepted' status instead of 'declined' so the buyer can keep a warm list as backup.
