I was scammed on job #1452983-1

I was scammed by Sudiptta M for £25.  He accepted my job for delivering some flowers, gave me images of his selection but I was told by my wife that NO flowers turned up on 14/2/2017.  I've asked for a refund but no response from.  So how do I get my money back?
