How can i avoiding deposit while bidding the project?

Hi sir/mam,

             while placing bidding on wordpress, most of the projects(99% of projects) asking amount deposits. 

   If i pay extra amount for placing extra bids in a month. will i face the same problem like deposit or not?

How can i avoid these types of deposit issues or projects??
