Invoices and VAT

Hi dear customer service,

I need more info about registration of your invoices. 

I'm Italian Business and i need to register all seller with VAT or Personal Tax Code for all work that i bought here. 

Please can you give more information cause some people don't have vat or not give me personal code, and without this kind of information i can't register the invoice in Italy.

When i buy a credit from People per Hour what kind of service I buy?

Is it possibile to register only the invoice about PPH credit ?

Or i need to register the invoice about single work?

Could you send me invoices about all my transaction?
