NOT ABLE TO RAISE INVOICE

i tried out to raise invoice but not able to raise it. Will you please guide me how to raise it?

  Thank you for your message.

  To raise an invoice, you have to go to the workstream that you want to get paid for and at the bottom left hand side of the screen next to the text box at the bottom of the workstream, you will find the button to "Raise Invoice". and fill out the invoice form and click 'send'.
