My money has disappeared!
I started a workstream last week, after having deposited the required money into the Escrow account.
I had to cancel the workstream as I no longer needed the work done. I was sent a final invoice with the grand total = £0. I accepted this.
However, the money is no longer in my Escrow, and neither has the seller received anything.
So the question is, where has the money gone?!
BTW - I think the support on PPH is terrible. No contact numbers, or the ability to raise support tickets. Unacceptable.
