What to do if you don't hear back from someone you appointed
Hi,
I appointed a supposed "expert" over a week ago to complete a task for me and paid a deposit as requested to be held towards the job. What should have been a relatively simple task from someone who told me he had the relevant experience has not been completed yet and I have had no reply to my email asking about progress. What do I do if I hear nothing or the task is not completed, can I get my money refunded?
