UNABLE TO CONTACT CLIENT

 Good Evening, 

I was contacted by a client who needed assistance with something but i was unable to contact him/her back because the job had been moderated. https://www.peopleperhour.com/job/i-need-a-research-associate-1463689?id=1463689 

Please assist or clarify why it happened so.

  Unable to response to client.He is already  paid but when ever contact to client his not respond.So how to get money from client.

  Same thing here. When I click in the workstream job I get to a "oops!" page.
