Hide my Buyer Activity

It is possible to to hide all my Activity as I am leaving history of my business model for everyone to see.

How can I avoid this situation?

  Dear PPH,

  Please  hide all my  Buyer Activity as I am leaving history of my business which I do not wish to!

  Also in my endorsement someone put a question which is not relevant...if you can kindly remove 

  I really want  I avoid this situation
