Cannot connect to social media

When I attempt to connect to social media, PPH gets authorized.  But, afterwards I get bounced back to the same attempt to connect screen and the connection is not reflected in PPH.  I was told by support to try different browsers (I tried 4), clear my cashe (did that too), and there is no change.  Please help.
