Not satisfied with sellers job, delayed job completion as seller unable to follow instructions

Hi,

Can you please help me. I am not satisfied with my sellers job. He is not really unable to follow instructions. Thus, it delayed the completion of the job, Just for a logo it took us days. What will happen to my escrow payment?

Today, he said he sent revisions but there was no attachment. I cannot wait for the seller anymore as I told him that I need this done yesterday.
