how to i get a refund processed quickly.

Hi, i awarded a job to a very keen seller. once its been awarded and money in escrew the seller isn't delivering on time and very slow in replies (couple of words). i need this job asap and got others but can't afford to make 2 payments or wait for the refund. please process the refund so i can award it to someone else more reliable. many thx

  Have tried for several days to get an agreed 70gbp refund, we are being told that processing this through workstream is the only way. Problem? Workstream does not allow me to this!!
