Hi, My application was declined as my portfolio didn't upload properly, I have rectified this mistake but it will not allow me to reapply.

Is there a reason for this?

  My application got rejected the third time and I also sent the email twice to support staff, but haven't received any response yet. Looking for help in this matter asap.
