I had a job with Adeline T. and the workstream was blocked by you when she/he had deposited money in the workstream.Now, if she/he opts to have a refund, why should you deduct 60 points from me.I never stopped the workstream.When I asked I as informed he/she had violated PPH terms.Moreover, I never sanctioned the refund because I knew the consequences.

  same here. a buyer ordered my service but then wanted to cancel and have a full refund.. so i lost 100 points.. why should i be penalized for that ?

  how are pph protecting the seller ?
