Payment is blocked in my Escrow account
Hi,
My payment is blocked in Escrow account and its already more then 1 - 2 weeks now and I cannot withdraw that money as well.
Before having the Escrow issue, me and my external client faced a lot of issues with the account verification, payment method and the proof of work and we have submitted each and every single document to your support representative (means no privacy and anybody can get or do whatever with our document easily).
Well after the above issues, PPH Support and Payment team rejected my 4 invoices due to these verfication issues and still my payment is blocked in Escrow, so I'm not able to withdraw it and it's already a month with all these issues.
By the way FYI, I've used your zero fee subscription form for the 0% service fee on the payment so I hope pph won't deduct any single penny from the amount.
And actually, I'm done with your services so just let me know that can you fix it or not, otherwise I'll move to another platform because I have already wasted a lot of time with your support team and please don't ask me to send any kind of document this time because I have provided all the documents to your support guy as well as in the pph account. So waiting for your response.
Main Points:
1. Release the amount from Escrow to PPH
2. After getting the amount in PPH, allow me to withdraw my money easily without asking for more documents or verfications
3. Zero subscription on transaction should work
4. Also, able to create more invoices with the same client smoothly without having the same issues in future.
So, please if you're able to fix all these points then kindly fix it as soon as possible and let me know.

I'm facing the same problem as well, maybe these kind of restrictions are only made to person's with names muhamed or ahmed or any other Arabian nationalities.
I made a contact with PPH support team twice with no response. My money are held in the Escrow balance because the Buyer isn't verified!! why should I be responsible for this kind of issue? then why did PPH accepts the payment from him in the first place? and why they accept our service ?
Maybe somebody from Support team can answer these questions.

Sorry, I don't agree with you about the restrictions on the basis of name and that's not true as well. And I think it's good that they restrict you on payment but my concern is that PPH verification team is too slow and they take too much time to fix your query and PPH don't have an automated system and the support representative asked you to submit the document manually.
PPH support team we are not here to talk to each other or share our bad experiences so could someone please come up with the solution for us....
