Surname change

 Hello support,

I just got married and my surname got changed as it was "jyoti kushwah" and now it became "jyoti tomar " in this i have pan card with "Jyoti kushwah" name and my bank account says "jyoti tomar"  so here i need to update my PPH account surname

please try to help me
