Frostrating Service

I started using the service a few months ago. I didn't know you need to post an hourlie to start. The service doesn't ask you to do that when you register. 

A few days ago, i saw an interesting job from my country.  And then, it started...

I couldn't do proposal because it's required to have posted and hourlie. I have searched the documentation for a half hour to find out. After that, it's a wait time for the hourly to be approved. Some notifications from the reviewers, for legit photos and stuff.No problem. Reasonable requirements.

Then i posted the proposal. The person accepts my proposal, i had already ready the required project. I know my stuff and this kind of projects! And we arrange to do the payment. But the system doesn't tell you that you need to raise an invoice to get paid... Again to the documentation... After finding out, i raised an invoice. The client pays the invoice, but get rejected because we are both unverified.

The thing is that i tried before to upload my papers and the system didn't allow me to open this settings section. And know i must wait for a reviewer to see my papers to tell if i am legal person...  

I am very frustrated and don't have very good experience from this service. You must improve drastically the way you inform your members for how the platform works!

And i want to know how much time it will take for this legal paper review!
