Clarification questions moderation

Hello PPH,

I have been a user of PPH for a long time (2 years?). I have not broken any of the terms and conditions that I am aware of. I have a fairly good rating as well that I strive to keep.

And yet all my clarification questions have to go through moderation - delaying interaction and having a negative effect.

How about implementing moderation on users only if they're relatively new to the site or don't have a good record? I'm sure PPH users would be in favor of this.
