I have been trying to withdraw funds and it says that I should ''verify your identity and ensure complete security of your information we need you to send some identification documents.''. I uploaded the images for my identification documents and still cannot withdraw the funds as it keep saying the same thing.
I would like some advice on how to withdraw funds without any more trouble.

Your support team is very slow and i am already delayed for payment.
