Account is pending, can't get money from escrow

Hello,

I have the a problem: my account is still pending, so a payment from my buyer is seating in escrow. It's been like this for few days alredy.

  Hello,

       I have worked with my client and have submitted several attachments of requested task and revisions. The client said that they would get back with me as they had a sick relative. This job has been open 3 months. I have attempted to contact buyer without success. I would like to receive payment for services rendered.
