Can I re-submit my application after a failed emailed

Good Morning

 

I have tried to submit my details and firstly it didn't like my genuine profile picture and now it keeps telling me I need to add information but I can no longer access the edit mode. 

Could I be re-sent a working link to amend my details or is the final chance I had to set up my PPH account.
