Payoneer Name Mismatch

Hello

I submitted my payoneer statement on Feb 21 and on March 3rd to verify my account.

My PPh name is Kamal and on Payoneer my name is Kyamal, which is the same.

Today I have received email from PPH saying that because of the name mistmatch they cannot approve my payoneer account.

I have also tried to amend my PPH name from Kamal to Kyamal to satisfy the request of PPH, however I cannot do it now.

Please advise what steps I should take now to add my payoneer account?
