Refunding Money to My Bank Account

Hello!

I was writing to you, but my problem is still not solved.

My money (250$) are stuck in my PPE account and I cannot trasfer them back to my bank account.

Identification documents are under review already second week.

Your support doen't give me relevant information on my issue.

Please, help me solve this issue.
